The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Every amenity I could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional level of service provided by the hotel manager. Gary's professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to ensuring every guest's satisfaction were remarkable. The apartment is great! It's bright and spacious, well equipped a view to the lake is outstanding! Restaurant downstairs is very nice and cozy, with fireplace and delicious food. Make sure to reserve a table in advance. In the worst-case scenario, food can be served in the apartment. Which is a great solution as per me.

Cozy, friendly and attentive staff, peaceful location, just on the kanaal near the small park and mill, 8 min walking from the station. Comfortable beds. We stayed on King’s night, but could sleep quietly as the hotel is outside of the historic city centre, which can be reached in 15 min walk. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location near Leiden and the tulip fields and the beach, but beautiful in its own right. We loved walking around the grounds and being inside those gorgeous big gates. We felt pampered but it wasn’t snobby - just lovely. The staff were super and the young woman at the desk took time to write down bus numbers and give us local tips and was so generous and kind.

Perfect location, just across the street from the train station and buses. Supermarkets and a drug store on the same block. Very close to museums, restaurants and other places of interest. My room was clean and comfortable. Often a room for a solo traveler is quite small. This one was larger than most. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I was allowed to check in early since my room was ready. This was mush appreciated! Excellent breakfast with many choices.
