NorwayThe pictures of this place was beautiful, but the reality was better. We had 2 nights and 3 days here, and it exceeded our expectations. Food was great, view from lodge, room and service of the staff was amazing.
We had 2 sundowner drives and one sunrise drive. Saw lots of animals, favourite was 2 big males roaring on a sunrise drive and 2 lionesses hunting on a sundowner drive. All drives we had was with other people, which just added to the fun.
Since we wanted to go back with our families/kids next time in Namibia, we asked to see th Bush Camp as well. They obliged and got a guided tour of the camp and talk to the manager. Couldn`t ask for more and ended up eating lunch at the bush camp whick was also very beautiful.
We had dik diks outside our bungalow many times and Go Away birds as well. Really enjoyed ourselves :)

It has been our 7th time in Namibia and our 5th in the...
It has been our 7th time in Namibia and our 5th in the Namutoni area. As always it is amazing! Wildlife is stunning and this year the scenario with the pan filled by rainfalls was absolutely one of the best scenario you can imagine. This year we missed elephants (just a few) which usually crowded Klein Namutoni, but area around Namutoni was plenty of wildlife such as hundreds of giraffes, impalas, gnus, zebras, springboks. We have seen also cheetah (quite frequent in this area of the park), black rhino and, for the first time in Etosha, leopard with cub. Great place!

As expected, the variety of predators was not observable but...
As expected, the variety of predators was not observable but we saw many herds of antelopes, wildebest and zebras. A single giraffe standing in an area near Halila was beautiful. Watering holes were well marked and lovely settings to spend time viewing though some roads were deeply rutted. Sorry to have detour cut off several watering holes near Anderson Gate but understand its necessary for park maintenance.

Emanya is a beautiful and modern lodge outside the Namutoni gate of Etosha. Service was excellent. We were welcomed by friendly staff and given a tour of the facilities before checking into our rooms. There is a waterhole next to the lodge where we could watch the animals as they came for water within 10 meters from us. Dinner was superb and they made an outside fire where we could sit after dinner.

Good clean facilities, with a private toilet, shower and kitchen area. You can walk 5 mins or drive up to reception where u have access to a beautiful waterhole while having dinner or your morning coffee. Just 5 mins from Namutoni gate so perfect after a long day in the park. It has a souvenir shop as well.

Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
We went in the low season, so there were only a few guests.

Fabulous location close to Etosha Park. Beautiful room with both indoor and outdoor showers. We really enjoyed the food and the service. We booked morning and afternoon safari through the hotel. It was on the expensive side but we had an amazing time.
