The neatness of the property and its facilities! Well done, Bayou - the place was cozy and relaxing. The picturesque view of the mountains from the pool was a plus! The staff too were all very welcoming, accommodating, kind and very polite. They were all very helpful to us and answered our questions and provided good recommendations. I also like the breakfast, although not too many options but there’s healthy bread and egg counter. We loved our stay and will be back soon. Will surely recommend as well!

I loved everything about this hotel. The view at the rooftop bar is breathtaking. The rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated. On Christmas eve they were given all the hotel guests complimentary wine and small gifts in the restaurant. I had travelled with my cousin and my 10-month-old baby, and at times she would not come down to eat because the baby was sleeping, so I would make a request to the head Chef for a take away pack, and even though hotel policy does not allow, He was kind enough to make an exception. Thank you to the Riyaz staff for such a great stay.

Nice room, pool and tasty breakfast. Attendance could be more attentive as we went for peak hours, need to find a seat. Friendly staff is wonderful, we love the hospitality.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always ready to assist and do the best for clients! Special thanks for towels!!! We're checkout at 9am and took a boat tour for a day. When we were back to the hotel aftre noon to pick up our bagage we took a shower in pool changing room and drove to the airport in fresh and dry condition )))) Hotel rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, but only few steps to the main road and you are in the center of beach party life )))))

This was the best hotel we have stayed in so far in our life. It met our expectations, even more. The staff was so nice, friendly, helpful and they smile all the time :-).....we would like to say big thank you to everyone in the hotel, staff is working so hard to make the customers happy 24/7👍. The food was excellent, the pool was amazing, the pool bar ( Daniel behind it included 👍😀 ) was spot on, lobby and lobby bar excellent too...i could go on and on....thank you for making our holiday unforgetable 🙏💚💚💚....we will be back, definately!
