Great value, cannot believe it’s only a 3 star. Very clean, large spacious rooms. Breakfast was lovely and unexpected. Really reasonably priced drinks at the bar. Welcome snacks in the room were also a lovely touch. The irons in the corridor and cold water stations were great.

It was our 2nd time staying at smith house. As usual, all staff were very helpful and nice. We could have actually stayed somewhere else, but hospitality made us come back. They arranged car rental for us upon arrival

Recently built bungalow garden complex just off the main hustle and bustle of Pantai Cenang. The access road is a 100m gravel road, which then leads to the hotel and café. It's a wooden bungalow, so it's not hermetically sealed from the outside ;). Would stay there again.

This was one of the best places I’ve ever had the privilege to stay , room was very clean , hotel was very modern and the staff WOW !! Amazing people always looking to help. I left my glasses at the hotel and they posted it for me free of charge , just that extra care.

- Beautiful and big rooms - Amazing hospitality. Would like to give special thanks to one of the guys in the reception, and the chef in the breakfast. He made us amazing omelettes every day. But everyone was so kind and helpful. - Nice views everywhere, good gym and amazing rooftop with pool. - Really clean hotel. - Felt super safe here!

This is my new favourite place! The room was lovely with a huge bed. The pool and bar area were excellent and the staff are so helpful. The dinner set menu is excellent value and very tasty

From start, middle to finish, this hotel and it's staff are impeccable. There are 4 persons at any given time to check you in. They are very attentive, professional and polite. The hotel is in a wonderful location. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops yet it's very quiet and peaceful. Everything you could think of is available, you think of it and it's there, or else it can be organised. The food available at the accommodation is varied and very nice. Btw the airport is only 15mins away. Everything is HAKUNA MATATA.
