Apart from the tip of borneo, nothing much to do.
Apart from the tip of borneo, nothing much to do. Beach will not be so beautiful during Dec as the weather is bad. All the beautiful beach and blue water that you see in pictures do not apply if there is a tropical storm at the area. The Kudat down is boring and not as I have imagined. The friendly people, the sandy beaches and the coconut trees everywhere give Kudat district a special, relaxed, holiday feel, distinct from the rest of the west coast of Sabah. They went out of their way to help us when our bike got punctured and it was raining. We moved from West Borneo to the East and this has to be the best stay in Borneo. A bit far from the city but that's what makes this place special. You can go for a swim or snorkel just 50m away from the guest house.
