I recently stayed at EQ Hotel for 10 nights, and my experience was excellent overall. The room was exceptionally clean, with impeccable room service that made my stay comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurants, café, and bar. Each provided excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, so I didn’t feel the need to go out or order from outside. The reception staff were helpful and kind, and I want to give a special mention to Deputy Manager Kai. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me multiple times and ensured my check-in process was fast and smooth at the beginning of my trip. Although I wasn’t granted a late check-out, I understand it was due to the holiday season and high occupancy. Overall, my stay was convenient, comfortable, and perfect. I highly recommend EQ Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We were blown away and our stay at the Grand Hyatt exceeded all our expectations. Our room was absolutely incredible! I don't think I've ever stayed in such a beautiful hotel. The view from our room was amazing. The pool area is so peaceful, you can enjoy and relax with a view on the twin towers. It's so quiet as well you forget you're in the city. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Kuala Lumpur is an exciting and welcoming city with great food and culture. There were a few moments where the language barrier made communication a bit tricky, but people were always patient and kind. Still a fantastic place to visit. I'd absolutely go back!

The most of places including China town and little India and...

The most of places including China town and little India and holy places related to Malaysia, China and India and also museums ,high rise buildings , Kl tower and etc. were incredible for visiting. Taste of the most foods were from China, India and Malaysia which they were similar to each other. There were easy and reasonable to get around kuala Lumpur by grab.

Suitable for female solo traveller.

Suitable for female solo traveller. I chose dorm type of stay and one of the guests was on call so its quite noisy. Maybe shower gel should improve. A bit burning sensation on my eczema skin. Otherwise, all good!

Great place to visit and to work, the social environment here just so vibrant, multi cultural, native Malaysian are kind and friendly. We choose this city after more than a year in UAE, and so far, we feel that we have made a right decision moving here from UAE.

Especially the food. You can tastes a variety of dishes from various cultures n races. Food prices are reasonable as compared to other Asian countries. Lots n lots of places to explore n visit. Places to dine jjln masjid india/melayu n leboh pasar/pasar seni. Dishes nasi kandar, nasi padang n chinese muslim mee tarik. Transport is smooth lrt, mrt, grab, taxis n buses . Places to visit Petronas twin towers, klcc, national zoo n museum n lake gardens.

I had a 1 night stay in this hotel for the 1st time and definately will come back again. As a solo female traveller I feel really safe in this hotel. Its not the sleazy kind of hotel. I appreciate the 24 hr concierge as I arrived only at around 2.30am. The room has everything that I needed for a comfortable stay and a good night rest. Its super clean like a 5 star standard. Staffs are all very friendly. Highly recommended and value for money, especially for budget travellers.

This is probably the best budget hotel in KL Sentral area. The surroundings were quite lively and noisy but the soundproofing of the room was quite good, I could sleep in peace. One thing that I would like to comment was the exceptional services from the staff. All of the front desk staffs were very accommodating and friendly which made me feel safe. They were also attentive towards the guests.

Hotel Sentral is in a great position for accessing central public transport. I chose it because it was next to KL Sentral, which is where the express train to the airport departs from. The staff were kind and helpful. The shower was great.
