During our vacation my husband has broken his leg, and this was the only hotel which provided us so much support that I was shocked. They provided us a wheelchair for free, helped with the luggage, always helped with elevators, dining etc. Very friendly personnel, great room (spacious and comfortable), good environment, close to the center. IHG is my favorite holding, I am now sure that they really care about their guests.

    Excellent Amazing Vibrant city with outstanding contrast, if someone wants to do raw shopping , can visit chinatown or central market and if someone wants good shopping malls, he can go to KLCC , pavilion or TRX. U can find many amazing local food that tastes amazing as well. Getting around the city is no problem at all. Just use “Grab” app or “Bolt” and enjoy. People here are also very tolerant of foreigners and are generally caring and good. Overall it is an amazing city with lots of beautiful places to see and visit and amazing food to try. Will definitely be returning again and cant wait to see more places apart from Kuala Lumpur.

    I've been living in KL for 13 years, from 1994 to 2007. Everything has changed a lot since then. Could not recognize the developments since I left in 2007. Everything was very positive for me and my family. Will go back to KL soon again.

    Malaysia, not just KL is a much cheaper and under rated destination compared to Vietnam and Thailand. It has a mind blowing range of options to choose from- beaches, treks, theme parks and long drives.

    Always humid & sometimes hot (mid-thirties). However, walking the streets for short periods lets you view some very impressive tall buildings - not only the Petronas Towers, but also the new Merdeka tower. It has good public transport - albeit sometimes rather confusing. Notwithstanding, the locals are kind and handle the rush hour in a disciplined way!

    This is a really nice aparthotel in a superb location near Bukit Bintang. The room is beautiful, with an amazing view and high speed wi-fi. The building is modern, with many pocket gardens with amazing views to the city. The pool in the last floor is awesome, as is the sky garden and the useful gym. The small store on the groundfloor with food and drinks is also super useful and open until 2AM. This could be easily a 4/5 star review, however, there are some things lacking and that are not expected from a place with such nice amenities.

    The property is very conveniently located to Pudu Sentral bus stop (airport transfer buses start from Pudu to KLIA 2 and vice versa) and also other metro stations which are all within 800m. There are many convenient stores, pharmacies which are located within close proximity to the hotel, including a Sri Lankan restaurant and bar. A mini bar (although not stocked) was available. The room is good for a city hotel but it needs a bit of refurbishment. Overall passable.

    The hotel is very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable with clean linnen. Offering daily housekeeping. The housekeeper is a very nice and helpful guy. The hotel is located right next to the KL Sentral shopping mall where the momorail train station is. The train system is extremely convenient to travel to all major attractions and all parts of the city including the Batu caves, Petronas Towers and the airport.

    Location is perfect at KL Sentral Station - very easily accessible from the airport express. I only stayed one night and left for the airport very early in the morning so could not comment about the breakfast.
