The receptionist was excellent. He knew that I will be unable to take breakfast as I checked in at 5.00 on the morning, he gave me juice, cokies and croissant as when Inwake up I can have them . Overall the stay was good. Room is very spacious and the ceiling was high. Layout was practical and amenities were well provided with the price I paid for. We called for the housekeeping and maintenance team for the aircond (which we did not know how to play about with the settings) and the response team responded and act very fast and swiftly. I must say thank you and kudos the all the friendly staff

I arrived in KL to visit friends, so the outside KL location suited my arrangements (hotel is halfway between KLIA and KLCC). Expecting a budget hotel I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The standard is far higher than the rating suggested when compared with a European Hotel. Room was very spacious, clean and with all necessary facilities. Breakfast is in a very nice adjacent traditional building across from the hotel entrance. a very pleasant morning experience.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The technician is very efficient. I'm having trouble connecting the TV with my phone, then the maintenance staff come and help until he is sure that I am able to watch the show on the TV. My children enjoy every facility and activities (such as feeding the fish). There are a variety of food options such as restaurant Chef Wan, burgerlab & the hotel dining. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
