The location of the hotel is great. Jesselton Quay, from where the boats depart for the small islands, is just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is well equipped. Breakfast is worthwhile, especially for lovers of Asian food. Dinner is also recommended. The cocktails in the bar are excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

A stunning hotel, the pool, gym and sauna are modern and spotless. Our room was upgraded and was spacious and maintained beautifully. We loved the waterfall shower and huge bed. Everything was wonderful! The room was spacious, cozy, and felt like home. The staff were so kind and helpful—I always had lots of questions, and they answered everything with a smile. Breakfast was very good, with so many tasty options to choose from. I stayed for five days as a solo traveler and felt completely safe and comfortable the whole time.
