All the staff from the front office till the room cleaning crew were very helpfull and friendly. Whatever i ask ( places to go, where the best food place where locals go and cafes etc.) They never disappoint us. Keep ip the good work. Will sure b back.

Tandas bersih, the bedsheets all clean, everything was okay including the staffs are really helpful. The parking lot also very convenient. It's just that I wish the room for 3 persons (Deluxe Twin Room) are a bit wider . I do enjoy my stay, no offense, but for one night stay it is okay comfortable but if you travel for three people maybe I would recommend the Two Bedroom Apartment instead.

Excellent hotel! Close to good selection of eateries and shopping, and only 10-15min walk to old town. Room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and modern, with big bathroom. Add on to this is the superb team there. From the supper helpful owners (my wife got sick and they even very kindly provided medicine for her), to the guys doing the front of house roles (check-in, breakfast etc) - top class service all around. If going back to Ipoh, would definitely stay there again .

I liked that the hotel did not ask me for a deposit, AND did not pester by 11.00 am for me to leave like many other Malaysian hotels do. After all, my Booking.com personal user profile is also visible to hoteliers and they can see that I've never given any problems to the hundreds of hotels I've stayed in all around the world. With this good customer service attitude to me, I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Clean, tidy and good location to old town centre. Near a big shopping mall, Ipoh Parade (walking distance 5-7 mins). Provided 2 bottles of water daily. Coffee and Tea provided were of good quality and were refilled daily. We slept well in the comfortable King size bed with fluffy pillows. Air Con was functioning satisfactorily and cooled the rooms well. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The view from the room was AMAZING!The hotel amenities and staff were fantastic. The room was generally clean and comfortable with great facilities. Location wise, it's about 20 min's drive to nearest shopping malls, Ipoh town, 5 mins to Lost World of Tambun Theme Park and Banjaran Hotspring Resort for some spa experience. I would definitely return for a longer stay.
