Everything! Huge room, comfy bed, huge bathroom, bathtub with a view, beautiful room decor (rose petals and cake) as a honeymoon celebration, nice breakfast, close to the park and Petronas Towers. We liked it all and the service was great. Our first time in KL and definitely not the last.

We were blown away and our stay at the Grand Hyatt exceeded all our expectations. Our room was absolutely incredible! I don't think I've ever stayed in such a beautiful hotel. The view from our room was amazing. The pool area is so peaceful, you can enjoy and relax with a view on the twin towers. It's so quiet as well you forget you're in the city. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Everything about this hotel was great. Close to all the main attractions. Great breakfast buffet with a lot of different options. Truly one of the best hotels I ever been to. Our room was spacious with good bathroom and amazing view of the twin towers.
