Overall - fantastic location to stay in Tulum. Location - exactly what we looked for - outside of the city center and touristy areas. Safe, closed neighborhood, new building with very clean, and quite large swimming pool in the courtyard. Very well equipped rooms, including kitchenware. Impeccably clean. Nice common area, very pleasant and friendly staff.

Very nice place! Clean Rooms, Lots of space, Big balcony and a fridge. A bit outside of tulum Center but very Quit and a Lot of Restaurants in Walking distance. + First of all, the staff was great! Rafa (the owner) and Bani were very nice and helpful with everything and gave us a lot of tips of where to eat, where to go and what to do. Beautiful hotel only 2 streets away from the main street in la veleta and a short drive to tulum down town and the beaches. Many options for restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The rooms were very nicely designed and the garden was beautiful! As soon as you stepped in to the enclosure it felt like being in a hotel in the jungle. The bed was probably the most comfortable one we've had during our mexico trip. The shower was nice with good pressure (not very common in mexico) and plenty of hot water. Free parking just outside. - The only minus is that there's isn't really anywhere to sit around the pool to just tan and relax other than by the bar/reception. Other than that, absolutely no complaints!

Great hotel with amazing staff. The room was spacious & always clean. Both pools are great for chilling, while the restaurants were simply special. Shout out to the AMAZING restaurant manager in the morning (Rolando I think) & Martin who were both simply the best.
