From the moment I arrived, the owners warm and attentive hospitality made me feel like royalty. They were always ready to assist with any request, ensuring that my experience was stress-free and enjoyable. The location of Puerta Del Cielo is nothing short of breathtaking. Perched along the pristine coastline, the views of the ocean were absolutely mesmerizing. Watching the sunset from the private terrace was a daily highlight, and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore was a soothing lullaby every night. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also beautifully designed. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added a touch of elegance to the entire experience. The villa I stayed in was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. The pool area was a wonderful place to unwind and soak up the sun with an amazing view of the ocean. Puerta Del Cielo exceeded all my expectations. Hotel is quite modern and comfty and it does just what is enough to provide a wonderful stay for guests. We got a very small room but it had everything we needed and more for our one night stay. Beds were comfortable, shower had awesome pressure, A/A worked great. Our view wasn't great (we got a room that overlooked the back of the hotel) but we got what we paid for. Staff was polite and helpful and the location was just what we needed for this particular stay!

The service is excellent. The management and staff were amazing. The drinks by Dorris was the best I’ve ever had. The hotel was so good, I didn’t have any faults. I was very sad to leave as we had the best vacation. I’ll definitely come back.

A hidden gem in the heart of Paseo de Montejo. We had the Junior Suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and made us feel very at home. The choice and quality of breakfast is second to none. The newly opened restaurant for dinner is highly recommended. It was truly an amazing holiday in Merida made special by our stay in this boutique hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
