Nice location on the edge of downtown Oaxaca, everything is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and thoughtful. The breakfast was well served in the attractive green courtyard full of birds. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to visit Oaxaca.

Nicely designed hotel with very kind staff. Very clean and we found the bed super comfortable, some of the better night's sleep we had while traveling. The inner courtyard and terrace are also very nice and we enjoyed staying in Xochimilco.

One of nicest accommodations we stayed in during our Mexico trip! Rooms were clean and very modern. The stuff was super nice and helpful, facilities were really good, too - you could enjoy good free coffee, tea or drinking water 24/7. The staff at Boulenc are incredible. They made us feel so comfortable, and helped us so much throughout our stay. I needed to go to a hospital, and Daniel couldn't have been more helpful by ringing round hospitals for us beforehand . Daniel and Sofia then helped daily with my injury, they couldn't have done more to make us feel at home. The food is really good, fresh breads and homemade fermented veggies every day. The whole place is decorated beautifully and it's in a great location. It was the best accomodation we've ever stayed in!

Usually when they say breakfast is included is a pretty basic meal. This was not the case at all, the breakfast was delicious and every day had different options and variety. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. We felt very welcomed. There was also a parking which we didn’t know about. The expectations were beyond we would stay here again.
