We stayed here 1 night and did not have time to eat breakfast as our pick up was at 9am for airport. We would absolutely stay here again. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Everything was clean, good water pressure, full kitchen (2 burners). Cute balcony that overlooks restaurant. We booked online while eating breakfast at Belville and walked right over to assure it went through and ask if we could check in a bit early due to our other hotels check out. Small communication speed bump but Diego helped check us in. They even cleaned our room earlier so we could bring our luggage to room, Fuego. I knew i wanted a lower level room as to not carry luggage up too many floors. The views from the top floor are absolutely beautiful. It's a jacuzzi/plunge pool with lounge chairs and swings.

I booked two nights at Hotel el Moro as part of a last-minute switch and it surpassed my expectations. The hotel is perfectly located near the center of Puerto Morelos, but just far enough from the nightlife noises. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable and, just below the large balcony of the second-story rooms, there is a sizable pool. There's also a wonderful, large palapa on the roof, perfect for catching a sunset before dinner! The staff and owners of the hotel are incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind. Don't miss the delicious, generous breakfast served beneath the cool, shady trees each morning. Recommended!

Very nice beach town which escaped from the big resorts and party places along the Riviera Maya. It has some nice places to eat and drink, so everything you need to find rest and peace with an amazing view and feel of the coastline near Cancun

I absolutely loved my stay at Tere’s apartment!

I absolutely loved my stay at Tere’s apartment! It’s a bright, stylish, and cozy space with everything you could possibly need. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Tere is a great host, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I’d happily come back!

I loved this quiet beach town and will come again.

I loved this quiet beach town and will come again. It was the perfect place to come and relax without the crowds of Tulum or Playa del Carmen. I felt safe walking at night and in general. There are some truly excellent restaurants and one of them, Punta Corcho made me cry when I tasted their shrimp soup. It was that good! I loved swimming at the nearby cenotes, which were like an fairytale and having a fresh coconut every day was a treat! Truthfully, I was in need of a little mental and physical healing after suffering a knee injury that took too long to heal and Puerto Morelos hit the spot. I can’t wait to return and next time I’ll stay longer.

Very nice little town not too overcrouded of tourists. Enough restaurants and bars, frendly Mexicanos. I did try a few retaurants and encountered "mama mia" take away, few tables on site a kind of pizza with shrimps : fantastic and I a "gourmet"

Nice town with a white sand beach great for snorkelling and swimming. If you want to take a boat for snorkelling they supply all equipment and take you towards the reef, very easy to organise at the time, inexpensive too. You can lay free at the beach and swim all day with no hassles.

Lovely town, not too big and has all you need, grocery store, restaurants, cafes etc. Becoming more and more touristy, with lots of construction, which is concerning as far as how will they be able to manage the infrastructure such as water/plumbing/power etc……???

Love Mexico and love this hotel chain. We usually stay at the Secrets but chose this Dreams as it was far better value. It is a child friendly hotel but we felt as adult only travellers, that there were many areas where you could relax peacefully. Given it is one of the older hotels in the chain, it was beautifully well kept and extremely comfortable. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The spa is fantastic and I would recommend trying the water treatments. A little oasis in the heart of the resort. Loved it!

Very relaxed and nice vibe at the hostel. Ben, the manager, will help you with anything you need or wonder about, plus he is a really friendly and nice guy to chat with. Nice little pool and common area where I had a lot of interesting conversations with the other guests. The location is obviously not on the beach but its really easy to get there by bus or taxi if you want to skip the walk, and instead you get to experience a bit of the less touristic yet very friendly (and a lot cheaper) part of the town.

It's a lovely older hotel with nice rooms around a garden and small pool. Lovely staff, clean and quiet in the centre of town next to lots of cafes, restaurants & gift shops.
