Absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room with big double bed, great location in centre of Cancun, you can use a small swimming pool for relax, in hotel is also restaurant with absolutely delicious meals and drinks!     Mid-September and the weather was unbelievably awful. 100 degrees and 98% humidity. I definitely came at the wrong time of the year. This place is party central; if you're not a partier, I'd suggest staying someplace closer to what you enjoy; if you're a diver, I'd suggest Puerto Vallarta. If you're into archeology, I'd suggest Playa del Carmen. But if you're a newlywed and only into partying and booze, this is your place.

    “It’s a great place to visit, especially if you need dental care. The costs are significantly lower than U.S. pricing, and the professionalism is truly outstanding. Beyond that, there are plenty of places to explore, and it’s very budget-friendly.

    The people and the beach were great.

    The people and the beach were great. We didn't go out from the resort so my review is restricted to the premises. The weather was too hot, but all the more reason it was to be in the water. My boys loved it.

    It’s a tacky place, full of tourists and unlike the rest of Mexico this attracts scammers and unsavoury characters. I’d recommend staying somewhere else nearby like Puerto Morelos and using Cancun only for its airport.

    Hotels and restaurants are nice, people are friendly and attentive. We felt safe all the time (with the exception of crossing the streets, due to speed and disregard of pedestrian crossings). The area is very wide, so try to pick your hotel based on your planned activities. We made four day trips and everything was great, on time pick ups, great content, but most of our stuff was further south so we had 1-3 hour bus rides to get to some of the spots. The crystalline water pics in the review are from our trip to Cozumel. Sunscreen is banned for many activities, so plan accordingly. Bring mosquito repellent, they’re everywhere and bite like crazy

    Lively and beautiful city.

    Lively and beautiful city. Taxis can really add up as there is not much you can walk to. Friendly people and great shopping. We did go outside the city to reach many of our attractions that we were interested in.

    Great hotel near Cancun Airport. Very comfortable bed, bathroom and internet/ WiFi. Breakfast was good but could have had a little more choices. Nice pool area and good gym. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Shuttle service runs every 30 min, 10 minutes from the airport. Only small downside was the noise from the motorway but it was not that bad. Had lunch I. Their restaurant which was excellent. All in all really happy with my stay there.

    Very nice location. Very friendly staff. I liked the fact that the contoy Agency who organised all the trips outside the area is located at the hotel lobby. For all the trips they come and meet u at the hotel entrance. I loved the transportation from and to the airport. I felt very safe as a female traveler. Thank you for the amazing time in cancun.

    Perfect location between the hotel zone - center - airport. ideal for anyone wishing to stay in Cancún before or after Isla Mujeres since it’s only a 10 min bus ride (25 MEX pesos) to the Ferry (playa tortuga) and also 15 min walk to the ADO bus services to the airport (110 MEX pesos). that way you’ll save a lot o money on the extortionate taxi costs !

    Really good facilities. Hotel is super clean and well taken care of. The staff is great, room is large and comfortable, all inclusive restaurants are good. Drinks are always available, room service works 24/7 and the location is great. Is not filled with party animals since the hotel is not super close to the city center, so its a great place to relax.
