The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, so much so that we immediately booked an extra night! If you're looking for peaceful, quiet days away from the daily rush, this hotel is absolutely perfect. Claudia greeted us warmly, and the entire staff spoiled us with delicious food and exceptional service throughout our stay.
