This lovely hotel is located very conveniently in downtown Oaxaca. One cannot hear the noises from the busy streets. The breakfast consisted of coffee, bred and fruits. Staff is super nice and always ready to help you. I strongly recommend this hotel for families.

Nicely designed hotel with very kind staff. Very clean and we found the bed super comfortable, some of the better night's sleep we had while traveling. The inner courtyard and terrace are also very nice and we enjoyed staying in Xochimilco.

This accommodation has everything you need. Coffee & tea making facilities, water available and bar size fridge on floor 2. Cooking facilities, large fridge/freezer & microwave, sink etc on rooftop massive dining table. Digital keypad entry main door and also on room doors. Convenience store across the road and down a little. We also dined twice nearby at El Morocco. Small make up style fridge in room too. Hot tub on level 2 patio. Free wifi worked well. Carlos was very nice and helpful

The hotel was beautiful but what was really outstanding was the staff, all of them. They made our stay memorable. My daughter wad the flu and stayed mainly in the room, and she was taken care of :) Staff went the extra mile.
