Very good experience and the staffs were wonderful

Though we stayed for only three nights, the warmth, professionalism, and excellence of the team made it truly unforgettable. Location: The journey itself is part of the magic—just a 20-minute scenic seaplane flight followed by a short 5-10 minute boat ride that transports you to this paradise. The Island: Small, serene, and breathtakingly beautiful, Kandolhu is the epitome of a private island retreat. The Resort: Thoughtfully designed with just 30 villas, the property balances exclusivity and comfort. It offers five outstanding restaurants, a stylish bar, a well-equipped gym, a serene spa, and a sea activities center—ensuring that every guest finds their own perfect way to unwind. Our Villa: We chose an overwater villa, and it exceeded all expectations. With a private pool and direct sea access, it provided the perfect blend of luxury and tranquillity. Staff & Service: The essence of true hospitality is mastered here. The team anticipated our needs before we even realized them, creating a seamless, highly personalized experience. Their warmth and attention to detail set a new benchmark for excellence. Dining: A standing ovation to the executive chef, sous-chefs, and the entire culinary team. The food was fresh, inventive, and packed with flavour. With five distinct restaurants—offering Mexican-Peruvian, Mediterranean, Japanese, Sea Grill, and an all-day dining option—every meal was a delightful journey of taste. Spa: We had the 'couple ritual'. A sanctuary of relaxation, the spa at Kandolhu offers a truly rejuvenating experience. Beautiful hotel at the beach on a calm local island. Staff are incredible nice and there is variety of tours available, so there is no chance to get bored. Snorkeling with mantas, turtles, fishing...you can do anything. SUP rental was available too and it was great to paddle around. Akeyz is very attentive and ready to help. There is a roof top restaurant and they also serve delicious coffee. Thank you for beautiful memories :-)

hotel is excellent! we spent our holiday there with great Impressions ! Hussain and his brother was very careful and very positive people! we appreciate how they met us and provided us with support and help every day ! room was clean and there was included breakfast. I was curious in such a detail as food on the island and it appeared that there are a lot of options of different cafes, but food in hotel restaurant was the best !

We loved every moment in Athuruga! it was an amazing stay! The property is beautiful with white sand, the best lagoon and a very beautiful house reef with easy access from the beach. The food was amazing with 2 restaurants to choose from (buffet and a la carte). This was our 6th time in the Maldives and our favorite. What make it so special were the people that worked in the resort. They were all genuinely nice and worked very hard to make our stay wonderful. Our special thank you to the administration for the free upgrade to the water villas and to Mr. Nizam for going the extra mile to make us even more comfortable. We would like also to thank: - the water sports personnel for the free guided visits to the house reef which was a magical moment; - the water villa restaurant employees, specially Mr. Mohamed for the great service and the Chef of both restaurants for the very tasty food; - the cleaner of the water villa 6 for always taking great care of the room and always being so nice to us. We plan to return again in the future.
