I can particularly highlight kindness, efficiency and helpfulness of all the staff. Front desk is extremely nice and pleasant and helped not only during check-in and check-out, but also to arrange my flight to and from the island (from Malé). Servers in the hotel restaurant are attentive, kind, always smiling and extremely helpful. Not only that, also the kitchen staff is very helpful. Room service staff is also smiling, always positive, nice, understanding and helpful. I would like to specifically stress the helpfulness of food&beverage staff. I have several food allergies, which are quite annoying, limiting and stressful. The staff made everything that I would feel secure, always informed me about my allergens and obviously took it into consideration when preparing food for the restaurant (as I participated in buffet dinners). So to some extent, I believe, I was a burden for other guests, but I do not think they noticed. Anyways, the behavior of the staff really helped me to lift my stress and anxiety about the food and I cannot appreciate it more.

I had the most incredible birthday at Bageecha Stay! The rooms were absolutely spotless, with a lovely fresh scent and everything feeling brand new. The service was top-notch – personalized and thoughtful at every turn. The food? Delicious and beautifully presented! One of the best parts is the ability to choose between local Maldivian dishes or European cuisine, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The island is the perfect size for exploring, with clean beaches and stunning ocean views. The view from my room was breathtaking, with the ocean stretching out right before my eyes. The highlight of my stay was taking a boat trip to a deserted island, which turned out to be the most unforgettable experience. It was peaceful, beautiful, and truly magical – a once-in-a-lifetime moment! For those who love to explore, the resort offers bicycles that you can take and ride around the island. It’s a fun and relaxing way to see every corner of this beautiful place. Everything at Bageecha Stay is designed with attention to detail. The rooms were cleaned regularly, ensuring everything stayed fresh and pristine. They even have special branded beach towels, which was a lovely touch and added to the luxurious feel of the stay. Another unique feature of the resort is the sight of planes taking off – a fascinating experience that makes for amazing photos! It's a perfect guesthouse villa on a local island to help slow down and enjoy the true beauty of Maldives. The villa offers scuba diving and a variety of excursions. On one excursion we saw turtles, manta rays and sharks. We also spent half day on a sand bank surrounded by crystal clear waters only. The island has a great cozy bikini beach and an amazing public beach. Don't miss out on snorkelling around the house reef every day. The villa also booked our domestic transfers and local flight. They gave us clear directions from the day we first made the booking. We wish them all the best. They helped make this the most memorable holiday we’ve ever had.

I visited this resort for the first time in 2017 and I liked it so much that I came back again. The quality of services has not changed and the structure of advice is at a high level. The island is gorgeously green with crystal water and gorgeous coral! The villa is cleaned twice a day and everything is clean and perfect. Transportation and check-in at the airport in Male without any problems. The willing employees explained everything. We arrived at 8:00 in the morning and our flight to Dharavandoo was scheduled for 11:30. We arrived at the resort around 1:00 p.m. We were warmly welcomed by Chatherine. We received a welcome drink and a refreshing cold towel with the smell of lemongrass. After completing the formalities, we moved to the villa in the location that I specified in advance :-) All employees are very smiling and hard working. I liked how they think ahead and watch what you have for example for breakfast for a drink and you don't have to worry about it for the next few days. It can be seen that the employees are well motivated. This will also affect the guest's satisfaction. I would definitely like to thank and appreciate the hospitality from Nirmal in the main restaurant. Every day he made us happy with his good mood and great service. We had an all-inclusive package that includes, for example a bar in the room, discounts to the SPA, snacks and food in the bar and even fresh juices.The food in the main restaurant is very tasty. Everyone chooses :-) We also tried Araamu Spa several times. Absolutely luxurious massage. I'm testing massages after all over the world these belong to the top. They have different promotional packages that we liked. For example: buy one and get the other free:-) Halfway through my stay I got a free upgrade to villas with a private pool! Thank you very much, it was really awesome! Last day: Departure was 11:00 in the morning. Our international flight was scheduled at 20:00 from Male.

Dusit Thani was a real treat, and was the perfect tonic after an intense 12 months of work. Snorkelling at the UNESCO biosphere reserve was a true highlight. Shout out to the staff who were all wonderful, especially the footballers at the market. Great to see the organised soccer matches for staff at nightfall - makes you think that staff are well looked after which contributes positively to the overall experience. It was also nice to see John the General Manager getting around the tables at dinner time to speak to the residents - it was a nice personal touch. Accommodation, food, the amenities - all amazing, and cycling around the island turned out to be a whole lot of fun. We will return!

The island is close to Dharavandhoo airport. Maahlos is a very charming little island with very friendly locals with a good balance of tourists to locals. The guesthouse is well located close to the beach and the island's central café, the Vaataru Café. The guesthouse is highly recommended and the owner looks after the guests in an almost family-like manner.
