They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 6am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. I was greeted with a drink and an introduction from the hotel staffs who were kind and helpful. The rooms were perfect and clean with a beautiful view from the balcony room. The hotel agent was in touch with me via WhatsApp and assisted me throughout the trip, was very helpful.. I got to enjoy a ton of activities including snorkeling and fishing. The highlight was still the kuhlhavahfa visit. I would definitely send a friend there.

I am happy that I chose this hotel on this island, it was the best vacation of my life! Initially, we got a free upgrade to our room, which was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel left the best impressions, the hotel is new, with a beautiful renovation, new quality bed linen, towels. The food is always fresh, very tasty, fresh juices, salads are amazing. All hotel employees are caring, polite, responsive, the service is very good. The island is big, we had a free tour of the island, saw farms, visited the real jungle. On different sides of the island there are different beaches - a bikini beach with lagoons, a beach for locals, an open ocean. There are many shops. It was interesting for us to walk around the island, for 3 weeks of vacation it was not boring, we didn’t want to leave at all) For my birthday, the room was beautifully decorated, and they made incredible gifts and surprises, which was very pleasant and unexpected. I will always remember this vacation and everything that was done for me. Thank you very much and wish you success and prosperity!
