Great place Beautiful & Clean Very friendly staff member Clean & bright

Very kind and polite staff, Abu, Arif and Hassan were helpful in any situation. The trip to the sharkpoint is unforgettable. The stingrays and sharks at the stingray feeding point were also awesome. The ocean is vast and turquoise, just like in the videos.

Atoll Retreat is a great place, the room was nice with a big bed and good aircondition. The breakfast was good and it was served in a room with the nicest view of the island. The location is great, in the middle of the small island close to a good restaurant.

Can feel it's a new building. strategic location just infront of the beach but anyway you can walk the whole island in 15-20mins. staff here also very friendly and helpful on our transfer to maafushi.

The staff is always eager and available to help, they are all very kind and definitely a highlight of the stay. The villa is small and beautiful and makes you feel like you're at home (only way prettier and with much more sun). Having your meals in the dining room which is like a terrace (covered but opened) and which has ceiling fans is very enjoyable. The villa is next to a football pitch where locals played at times and I loved the contrast on how quiet VS lively the place could be. (FYI: nothing to do with the villa itself but the island seems to be expending so the calm and quiet of the place that it is know to be might change a bit, also because of new buildings being constructed at the moment you might hear building work at times.) I really liked that I could experience the local cuisine which I found very tasty. We took all inclusive and did not regret it, there were always 2 choices available for breakfast/lunch/dinner and the meals were quite diversified except for the breakfast which was the same. The Chef also did cater for all of our demands: I asked for fruits in the morning instead of toast/bread, he adjusted the spice level when chili was in a dish, and had rice/fries/salad as an option as I am gluten free which made it easier for me. I also saw another kind of breakfast when a family with kids arrived which means they do go out of their way to make everyone happy, don't hesitate to ask. You can go on snorkeling adventures with the Manager of the villa which made it so convenient to organise. We loved every one of these outings and he even shared his beautiful footages of the snorkeling with us which was kind of him and a nice memory to have. Ps: You can ask for more hangers to reception if you need, maybe a chair would be nice in the room to use as a "clothes chair" so it doesn't get too messy.

Our stay at Royal Villa was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and care. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel truly at home. Special thanks to Vinod, the captain, and his wonderful team — they were incredibly professional, attentive, and always smiling. Every detail, from the welcome at the pier to the daily service and island transfers, was handled with great care and precision. Their hospitality was not just service — it was heartfelt. We could truly feel the passion and pride they take in what they do. Thanks to them, our experience was smooth, relaxing, and filled with beautiful memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place where luxury meets warmth and professionalism. We will definitely return!

We loved our stay at Madi Grand in Fulidhoo local island! We strongly recommend this guest house, especially for those who are looking for wonderful snorkeling experience. We went for 2 private snorkeling excursions for a reasonable price in comparison with resort island. We saw dolphins, sharks, stingrays, turtles and many types of fish. Shariq was our main hotel contact and our snorkeling guide. He was very accommodating. We had basic swimming skills and we always felt secure with him, even with the strong waves. He also took wonderful videos and shared with us many stories and tips! Thanks a lot Shariq for everything! The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful, restaurant was also cheap and tasty. The guest house has all the basic confort. For room cleaning, you have to ask the staff since it is not systematic. Also note that there are no elevator.

He likes to joke around with him first. We went scuba diving together, and it was quite professional to prioritize safety. Diving is also excellent. Ibbe is also a fun employee. All the water sports staff were friendly and fun. Hetay was always kind and fun, too. What I remember now is their smile. They always treated me with a smile. And best dancer Nihao. Handsome and gentle. Thank you. Zed. I felt like a manager. He remembered my room number, too. He is a delicate person who remembers even the cocktails we used to eat often. He was kind and friendly. Sasha. She spoke Korean the best. It was a few words, but it was very impressive. I heard that she worked at a face shop before, and her Korean pronunciation was good. When she saw us, she always said hello in Korean. Deila. Her hijab looks good on her, and she said she likes Korean actor Jang Woo. Her heart melted with her beautiful beauty and kindness. The moment we stepped on the island until we left, Hazrat was very helpful, kind, respectful and polite. He made sure our needs were met at all times. Thank you so much Hazrat. He was kind enough to cook the fish we caught. He arranged for us to go night fishing, swimming with nurse sharks/turtles and to a coral garden. Beautiful memories to cherish. Our room (number 4) had a huge sliding door to a private porch and a few paces away from the beach. It was awesome, relaxing and very enjoyable. I would definately stay at Aagali beach if I had to visit again Fulidhoo.

As stated in other reviews, Moosa was the perfect host! He was very helpful with infos, organizing activities, giving tips on what to do, and I must mention, the place is right in front of the beach, which gives you a wonderful environment to relax and just admire the sea. His staff was excellent as well! Truly recommended!
