We recently had the pleasure of staying at KOA and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. The staff at this hotel truly set it apart. Every interaction, whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, was marked by professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering thoughtful touches that exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were impeccable—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is a testament to the dedication of the entire team. A special thank you to Utam, Kavi and Dess for their outstanding service. It’s rare to encounter such a passionate and committed group of people, and they made my stay unforgettable. Amazing Lilly and Ian made this place a familiar paradise we didn't want to leave. We highly recommend KOA to anyone looking for an extraordinary experience. 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a slice of heaven. Emmanuelle is the most welcoming and lovestruck host ,always on hand if you need anything and so great to chat to. We also felt very look after and safe knowing she was just next door. Everything was easy, the house is clean and cosy and has everything you need including a game of Carom which we thought was a lovely touch.The view from the bedroom balcony and front porch are out of this world. It's so peaceful and the real Mauritius! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back as we fell in love with the whole place. Highly recommend if you love nature and an authentic island experience. Thank you Emmanuelle for everything 🙏 ❤️

Staff was amazing, especially Sheila from Stars restaurant and Christofer from the Beach. We liked also presence of general manager and his concern about guests. Gluten free options are available in all restaurants. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Bed is extra large and super comfortable. La Kaze Mama restaurant is a little bit overpriced. It would be nice to have more yoga options as hotel is presented as yoga destination. We had a great time at Shanti Maurice and we will come back!!

The apartment is spotless and the Host is just a lovely person, I can't recommend it highly enough, there's even a small restaurant 1 minutes walk, shhh, don't tell everyone it'll be booked when we need it.

Wonderful stay! Hospitality at its best. Stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip in Mauritius. We concluded after the tour of the island that thw beaches 10min walk from here were the best ones of the island as there waa no one there, just empty paradise. Véronique and Frédéric create a home-like feeling, everything is just super comfortable and cozy. Delicious brekkie every morning. We also dined here every night and it was so good local food. Buses run right next to the place. The waterfalls are 15min walk away. Lovely pool!

Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom with large bed, en-suite bathroom and a very fair price for solo travelers. Rooftop terrasse with an almost 360degrees view including ocean and mountains. Everything is very clean and you get every answer you need. Even a doctor coming home will be arranged for you if necessary, not to mention all the love to get well again as soon as possible. :) 5min walk to the big supermarket, 5-10min walk to Gris Gris beach. Hotel was very beautiful, staff was nice and friendly, we had half board and the dinner selection of various food was good. 3 pools, children's club and hotel private beach was very nice. :) we loved to stay there and will recommend to others :) thank you for having us Tamassa hotel!
