I always love too stay here, the staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. I love how they have breakfast in the morning and they also washed my clothes perfectly. I loved my room, I paid just a tiny bit extra and got the best room with both views of the racetrack and the surrounding mountains. It always feels like home when I am there. I had the pleasure of staying at the Champs De Mars Apartment during my recent short visit to Mauritius, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the charming and cozy atmosphere that this apartment offers. First and foremost, the location is fantastic. Situated right next to the iconic Champs De Mars Racecourse, the apartment offers stunning views and a unique atmosphere that you won't find anywhere else on the island. It's also conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore all that Mauritius has to offer. Moreover, the apartment's security was excellent. The apartment itself is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The interior design is tasteful and modern, providing a welcoming and homely ambiance. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxation and entertaining, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare your own meals if you wish. One of the highlights of the Champs De Mars Apartment is the balcony, which overlooks the racecourse. The breathtaking views of the races and the lush greenery are truly a unique experience that adds a special touch to your stay. The host, Adam is incredibly accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests you may have. Traffic in Port Louis is very busy so allow extra time if...

Traffic in Port Louis is very busy so allow extra time if you need to travel anywhere. You will need consider this when ordering a taxi. There was nothing open near the villa to walk to besides the beach/boat dock area. This was cleaned everyday by the local authority and included toilets.

Plenty to do and visit. Street food is safe to eat. So give your tastebuds a treat whether sweet or savoury just be aware of 🌶️. Use local buses around the island it’s bone-rattling fun. Generally people are very helpful.

Wonderful, family-run flat located in a quiet area in the near suburbs of Port Louis. The starting point for the walk up Signal Mountain is very close by. With two bedrooms, it's perfect for more than one person. You get to experience proper urban Mauritian life being here. Krish is the man too – excellent communication with him.

Apartment quite central in Port Louis. Great seeing the racehorses training at the race track in front of the apartment.
