Simply amazing. Special tks to Joël (concierge) for the more than welcome reception as well as for coordinating tours. Have dinner at Umami and Dina are a must do. At Umami, delicious Omakase menu. At Dina, Selvem (waiter) was super friendly with super service provided. Paco (waiter) at pool area super attentive to us. In a nutshell, amazing people running the biz. Spectacular landscape.

We had the best time! We would definitely visit again! The staff were professional, kind and lovely. We really enjoyed the facilities at the hotel, tennis, table tennis, the pools and glass bottom boat trip (we saw sea turtles swimming). The beach was also lovely to swim in and we enjoyed the food at the hotel. Kids liked the kids club activités as there is a soccer field where all the kids and some adults gathered to play soccer in the evenings! The sega dancing a highlight

We stayed 11 days in Tam studio and I can tell you that we are very satisfied. In the apartment you have everything you need, a large comfortable bed, TV, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, excellent internet, bathroom, good location. Le Morne beach is a 10-minute drive from Tam Studio. If you need a car, you can also rent it from the owner Raaz at a very favorable price. Also if you want to swim with dolphins ask Raaz for contact. All in all, the price-quality ratio is more than satisfactory. We had a wonderful vacation despite the rain. 😅 Mauritius is a wonderful place to visit, see all the beautiful beaches on the island, experience their culture, try local food, go diving, go on safari, swim with dolphins, visit Port Louis and museums. The top 3 beaches are Le Morne, Belle Mare and Gris Gris. ❤️

    this is amazing place, the view is breathtaking, the chalet is spacious, very calm, the food is satisfying and the staff is very supportive and helping. it is ideal for a short stay as if you would like to do more tours the location is bit far from everything and very challenging to reach. the best is to stay there and visit the nearby places around Chamarel.

    There are a few beautiful sights to visit, the area is very green and full of trees and wildlife. The waterfalls, hills and seven colored soils are worth seeing. The Zoo is nice, but you have to pay to see the lions and a few other areas are additional cost over the entrance ticket you pay. There are many small restaurants to eat at where you can try the local cuisine. It is best to hire a car and drive around yourself or to get a taxi from your hotel. with the help of google maps it is very easy to get around. The roads are narrow and not many street lights so you have too be careful.

    Chamarel is a small cosy village which is not highly populated. So the houses are quite scattered and this gives the impression of space and lots of nature around. There were also many small local restaurants that serve local food which is quite affordable for most.

    There are no supermarkets nor ATM, no sidewalks so you are...

    There are no supermarkets nor ATM, no sidewalks so you are out at your own risk amongst the crazy drivers. There is no good value place to stay in Chamarel so the attractions are best visited by sleeping somewhere else and renting a car. Don't miss 7 colour earth, cascade, Ebony forest: do them all in one go since you have to pay to get into the park that leads to all three.
