We loved the way this elegant Townhouse in the centre of Victoria has been converted into stylish contemporary accommodation. Joseph is a welcoming host, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable to the highest standard. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet too. Highly recommended.

    The Maltese were friendly, helpful, accommodating and immensely proud of their country. They were happy to answer questions about their town and country and make suggestions on sightseeing. The local buses were the best and cheapest form of transport with a weekly Tallinja card. Excellent food prepared with fresh ingredients was readily available. A Wind Band recital in the town square was an unexpected highlight of the visit.

    Victoria is a beautiful town with much to explore.

    Victoria is a beautiful town with much to explore. We loved exploring the winding streets with stunning architecture. Good choice of shops, bars and restaurants; we were amazed at the very good prices for food and drink. It's a great base from which to explore the island. I would say a car is essential.

    Victoria, Gozo is such a beautiful and special place. Walking through its streets feels like stepping into a different world, with its historic charm and peaceful atmosphere. The Cittadella is a highlight—not just for its stunning views but for the sense of history that surrounds you as you explore. The town itself is full of life, with lovely cafes, shops, and markets where you can truly experience the local culture. It’s the perfect blend of relaxation and discovery, and I always leave with wonderful memories. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gozo!

    Overall, I had a good impression about Gozo and Victoria. He stayed there for three full days. It probably took about 4-5 to get to know the island of Gozo completely. I liked the Citadel, the old town of Victoria, Ta' Pinu, Xlendi, Salt Pans.

    I actually live on the outskirts of Victoria and would certainly recommend it to visitors to Gozo and Malta. Gozo is mainly very beautiful with historic villages and many magnificent churches and neolithic remains. Victoria's historic center with its medieval narrow streets, busy squares, restaurants, churches and Citadel feature as the primary attractions. Escape from the heat and buzz of activity by relaxing in the beautiful Villa Rundle Gardens. For opera fans the city does have two opera houses which stage performances in October. If visiting in July, August and early September be prepared for high temperatures and cloudless skies.

    we loved everything about this amazing petite hotel in Victoria. It’s location was great, room-best we’d stayed in in months of travel, and the two owners (Isabella and Patrice) extremely kind and informative. Breakfast was great-fresh local cheese, fruit, bread and yoghurts. We would stay at the Provicario again. it was such a highlight of our trip. Thank you!

    The hotel is in an excellent location, the breakfast is great. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a shopping mall, so there is a restaurant, shops and excellent shopping opportunities. Students get a 15% discount, and returning guests get a 25% discount for 3 nights.
