Stayed for 4 nights, this city and its surrounding area has a lot to offer. There are few foreign tourists visiting the city, if you are planning on taking the ferry the ferry to Mingun be prepared to charter the entire boat. We paid 100 000 kyats for the ride there and back. Great city lots of history and temples to visit. Highly recommend the U Bein if you have clear sunset. Get the Grab app the city big you will need a taxi to get around.

This wonderful city suffered greatly in the earthquake of March 28, 2025, which I caught here in full. I wish the inhabitants a successful reconstruction, to recover from the losses suffered and to flourish again, as in the most beautiful moments of the history of these places.

早餐是一份有照片的菜單讓我挑，並且沒有限Breakfast was served from a menu with photos, and there was no limit to the amount, so I ate my fill. Nearby is the large shopping mall “ Capital Center ”, where you can find many international and myanmar brand clothing items and various restaurants and big supermarket. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak; you had to go to the lobby on the first floor to get a signal.

The hotel conditions are good for its category. The issue with electricity has been perfectly resolved, there is always hot water, free drinking water, delicious food in the rooftop bar, and a convenient location. The staff is excellent, always ready to help with any question. Very warm, friendly atmosphere for every guest.

Spacious rooms with a good view, nice comfortable bathroom and shower, aircondition and fridge. OK location, good breakfast - overall a very good stay and the feeling of an international hotel. Unfortunately the fabulous and very serviceminded Supervisor Ms Kyi is not working there anymore 😢
