While traveling as a family of four with two small children, we usually look for buffet-style dining options. Our daughters are picky eaters, and satisfying their tastes can be challenging, even at home. Choosing something from a menu often ends up being a fiasco. At this amazing hotel, we experienced exceptional understanding in the restaurant. Since we couldn't read the menu in Albanian and didn't know what to order, the incredibly welcoming staff assisted us, turning a typically problematic situation into a delightful experience. Dining here was delicious, and the staff made us feel comfortable and well-cared for. We highly recommend booking accommodation at this hotel with half board.

I forgot to ask their names, but both the lady and the gentleman who looked after us were incredibly kind and thoughtful. We felt so welcomed and cared for. I was honestly very happy with everything. My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. Situated in an awe-inspiring location just near the picturesque Ohrid Lake. Every corner exudes luxury, from the tasteful decor to the high-end amenities provided. It's evident that great care has been taken to ensure that guests feel pampered and indulged during their stay. Cleanliness is paramount to me when choosing accommodation, and this hotel certainly did not disappoint. The room was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail was truly commendable. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep. While the hotel does offer parking spots in front of the property, it's worth noting that these can sometimes be occupied by guests of the café. However, this minor inconvenience is easily outweighed by the overall excellence of the hotel and its surroundings. In conclusion, recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay near Ohrid Lake. With its unbeatable location, impeccable cleanliness, and top-notch amenities, it's sure to exceed even the highest expectations.
