The best part of the Citizen is the food. We had breakfast and dinner. Unbeatable, excellent. The staff is friendly, especially the boss. We had everything we needed in the room. The air conditioning is key, as the temperatures are low at night in winter (air conditioning for heating, so let's be clear :). There is a warm radiator in the bathroom.
