The location in Perast was just amazing! We had a balcony with amazing views of the bay. And we could swim just out the front of our hotel as we were in Anex B which is approx 300 meters to restaurant and reception. The hotel has an app you download and use to communicate with reception or can request a pick up. There are a few stairs up to the rooms. (Which we were fine with )

A beautiful location on a pedestrian only promenade right on the sea. Reception was very helpful in reserving a taxi to the airport at a fair price. Room was modest but location and staff made this a 10.

The hotel was amazing, the hotel itself is a good location right on the seafront. Our room was super clean and modern which was a good size. The staff were so friendly and helpful with whatever you needed. The food at the hotel was the icing on the cake (dessert where so so so good) honestly the food was the best we had on our stay. We eat at the hotel more times then we planned as it was so good which is normally never happens. Finally the pool at the hotel was so cool, perfect size, lovely umbrella and beanbags, we always found a space. Honestly such a great hotel and would highly recommend.

Absolutely Stunning Stay at Lavanda Apartment – A Hidden Gem in Montenegro! What a breathtaking location! The sea view from the hotel makes you feel like royalty — peaceful, panoramic, and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. One of the team members helped us with our luggage and made us feel so welcome. The owner of the hotel was truly wonderful — warm, down-to-earth, and so friendly that we talked about hosting her if she ever visits Sweden! We had lunch at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious — freshly prepared and full of flavor. The apartment itself was huge, with luxurious beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a fantastic sea view from the balcony. The hotel’s terrace, where meals are served, offers a stunning panoramic view of the coastline — simply magical. What really sets this place apart is its peaceful location, away from the tourist crowds of Kotor and Perast. It’s quiet, relaxing, and perfect for those who want to truly unwind. Across the road, the hotel has its own beach area with loungers and shacks — it felt like a private beach where we could swim, sip a beer, and soak in the beauty. There’s also a very convenient and spacious parking area just across the road. Breakfast was excellent to start the day right. Honestly, just WOW. This place is a hidden gem and we can’t recommend it enough. If you’re visiting Montenegro, skip the crowded towns — come here instead. 10/10!
