We’ve got an upgrade to our room and we had a beautiful sea view. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a silent area. Mamula Island is such a unique experience!!! I’ve never seen or stayed anywhere like it. 10 out of 10 is not high enough for once you step foot on this beautiful island!!!! It is luxury on another level. The rooms are amazing and the little touches from a tote bag to use during your stay to the sleep spray left on your pillow. There’s so many more too long to list. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. Cannot fault this hotel. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to return.

Excellent staff very friendly and very helpful nothing was a problem. Very interesting Kavkaz Restaurant downstairs. Tasty breakfast and dinner. I drank the best tea ever, calling Azerbaijan czaj amazing stuff. Also very nice and friendly young Azerbaijan waiter and amazing always friendly Stefka on reception. Very good place to stay. Comfortable beds, very good windows and air-conditioning system. Great views from balcony. Thanks again for all staff to make our holiday really nice.

A nice part of the staff is pleasant (sha^me some never smile, event when saying hello), especially reception team, a part of rooms cleaning team and also of restaurant team. Animation team from FRAM is amazing (though I was not a FRAM guest) !!! They made my stay so much greater ! I especially attended animations from Lucas (and also a few from Matteo) but all animation team is great and their team animations are delightfull.
