The apartment is roomy and beautifully decorated. Building has a lift to get suitcases up. Yay! Kitchen well equipped and there is a balcony with some sea view that is perfect for breakfast in particular ( it has a lounge but no dining table and chairs). Extra towels were appreciated. Can walk along the coves and beaches to Sveti Stefan and this was beautiful but it was not peak time so not all beaches might be free in summer(may be for hotel guests only as one beach you had to pay to go on). Water is so gorgeous. Supermarket nearby for some supplies. Very helpful host. Local bus available to Budva. This area is fairly small and quiet but we loved it. Also undercover secure parking was a real bonus!

Our stay at Katamare Hotel was fabulous. It is a really beautiful and well-designed hotel that exeeded our expectations from start to finish; and its friendly and thoughtful staff (with special mention for the Food & Beverages Manager) from Reception to the cleaning team, truly went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is located right on the beach and has its own section for hotel guests. The restaurant was great, with some very lovingly prepared menus (well-priced for the quality) and the breakfast was also good. We had no issues with construction noise (mentioned in some previous reviews): for sure there are hotels being built all around, but there was no building work being done when we stayed.

A small new cozy hotel right on the pier, in a quiet place of Budva. Nearby is the beach and all coastal infrastructure. Responsive hospitable staff, a wonderful Georgian restaurant in the hotel. I loved the location and the facilities of the venue. The rooms are always cleaned when your at breakfast and the staff are very helpful. Got locked out of my room and the staff gave me a key, very understanding and kind. They all spoke english very well. Definitely worth visiting budva. The hotel is close to old budva, with many restaurants, bars and clubs close by.
