I came to Ifrane especially for this resort, it is my second time here. It is fancy and unique in all aspects. The service is excellent. The resort is wonderful. The only issue is that the rooms are a bit small. But in general I highly recommend staying here.

Everything, but particularly the room we were given and also the hotel manager who made us feel SO welcome and went the extra mile for us. He also looked after our driver.

They were so welcoming and kind. It’s our first time in Morocco and even the first time on this continent. Our first stay was this location. We had no idea what to expect but we had an amazing stay and would love to visit again. The hosts were amazing! The food was above what I expected. It was really delicious and such big portions. Each time they asked if we wanted anything else. I would have wanted loads of everything because it tastes so good, but we were stuffed haha! Big portions. Beforehand I was a bit worried about having all allergy and eating by vegetarian. It turned out to be zero issues. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the seating area. There was a fire on and we played games and relaxed. The area is also great for hiking. Also because we had a bit of issues getting cashed. We inquired if we could pay in euros. Also no problem.

Marwan and his wife are exceptional hosts, the apartment is ideally located, clean and well presented with everything required for a pleasant stay. Both of them were extremely attentive to our needs and always available when needed. On the morning of our departure I found a big nail in my tyre and asked Marwan for help. He escorted us to a local garage and while we waited he arranged with the staff to make the necessary repairs. This wasn't all. He paid for the repair himself and then invited us both for mint tea in a local cafe. We chatted and had a laugh and then to cap it all he escorted us out of town to the best route for our destination, gave me a big hug as we confirmed we had both made a friend for life. Thanks Marwan to you and your lovely wife. You are a true gentleman. Love Eamonn &: Sharon.
