Amazing place! Beautiful huge territory, a lot of facilities, swimming pools, table tennis, archery, aqua park, lodge with a private garden, spacious, giant sliding glass doors, cosy, great breakfast, delicious food in the restaurant etc.

Amazing hotel, property and staff. I am hugely thankful for the whole team, from housekeeping ( such a lovely man who was doing the evening service), the room service who were delightful and so helpful and kind (for in room breakfast), the staff at the pool restaurant, Abderrazak is a gem! Choukran besaf à tous. I had the most amazing oriental service with the most lovely masseuse. Food and drinks excellent! Front desk and concierge super efficient as well as the baggage team! What I liked the most, beside the whole staff, was the great swimming pool, the gardens, lovely trees, golf course and the leisure and sports center. We will be back !

Beautiful Riad, fantastic breakfast. The hosts were really helpful and friendly. It is in a very peaceful area away from the bustling Marrakech city but can get to Medina which is 7kms from Riad and Marrakech airport in 15 mins. The hosts also arranged taxi for us, which was really helpful. I highly recommend and will definitely return the next time I am in Marrakech

Wonderful stay. The venue is beautifully maintained and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. My husband and I stayed at this truly impressive hotel last year in September, and were absolutely amazed by the opulence, decor, amenities, food, and more importantly the staff, that it was an easy choice to return again this month. The reception staff were extremely helpful with a warm welcome; making our holiday an absolute pleasure upon arrival. A huge recognition needs to be given to Rachid Aimrane. Rachid is one of the many reasons why we returned to Jaal Riad Resort for my birthday this month. He is an asset to this hotel, going far above and beyond in every area with an extremely high quality of service and attention to detail. He would approach us every day by the pool with a friendly greeting, and nothing was too much for him in order to make our stay a delight. Rachid clearly strives for guest satisfaction and this does not go unnoticed. We will definitely return every year to see Rachid Aimrane. Especially as we know 100% with Rachid present our stay and days by the pool will be a joy. The large pool is open 24 hours a day with plenty of deck chairs and cabanas no matter the time of day. The pool staff working with Rachid are attentive and friendly, with drinks and food menus readily available with cheerful, kind, and smiley attitudes. The spa has recently been completed, and I have to say the hammam and massage is the best I’ve ever had on holiday. The spa also has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and a well-equipped gym. Our large room was impeccably cleaned every day of our 7 nights stay with precision and dutiful care with all necessary amenities. With a magnificent view and easy access to the swimming pool we had a relaxing atmosphere in our room throughout our holiday. This hotel is truly spectacular, we cannot recommend it to family and friends enough. The location is perfect with restaurants nearby if you fancy a change from their gourmet restaurant; as well as the Medina and Souk being a short taxi ride away.

Lovely and kind staff. Excellent food, good work by animation and massive hotel with very clean rooms. Recommend this hotel and definitely coming back, special shout out to Smiley, Younes and Hiba for great work and communication.
