I had a fantastic stay at Sungo Club! 🌟 The place is beautiful and welcoming, with an atmosphere that truly lets you relax and enjoy your holiday. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, especially at dinner where we could choose between three different restaurants. A big thanks to Lotfi at the bar – always friendly, professional, and with a great talent for creating a good vibe. His drinks are as excellent as his service🍹 I also want to highlight Khadija from housekeeping, who did an outstanding job. My room was always spotless, fresh, and inviting – small details that really make a difference. 🧹✨ All in all, I can warmly recommend Sungo Club to anyone looking for top service, a great atmosphere, and an unforgettable holiday experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Room, super spacious and luxurious (with a fire place inside, so cosy) Spa treatment was very good Breakfast is fantastic, the detox juice and cappuccino are amazing Friendly staff They do everything to make you feel at home Diner is delicious No children, so very quiet and peaceful place. Love it!!!! We travel all the time and this was definitely one of the best hotels we ever stayed!

Said and Nezha Thaifa were amazing hosts and their staff, especially the other Said, were really kind and making sure we were comfortable. It felt like staying with family honestly: they even bought a football for my son to play, and M.Said and my son watched football games on TV together. The property was in a quiet location 15km away from the craziness of the medina so it was great to come back late afternoon to enjoy the pool and relax. The food was delicious, all home cooked freshly every day. The free breakfast was copious and very good. And for dinners we got to try all the tajines cooked by Nezha and her team… probably the best we’ve ever tried! We also got to try all the traditional Maroccan starters and desserts. :) Room was spacious and comfortable.

Hotel is all inclusive, there are great variations of food and drinks. Hotel is practically new 5 years old. There is free shuttle bus to Medina. Its safe and good atmosphere for family. Personal at hotel is great and helpfull. I like Zakaria from reception very profeasional and Smiley who is amusing people is also great. Also my check out was at 12 , they offer me to stay until i need to go on flight. It was great experience. I will come back one day.

We had a wonderful experience at the BeLive Collection Marrakech. Every staff member we encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Free shuttle bus for the city center is provided. Thank you! I absolutely loved everything. I have been wanting to visit Marrakesh for a very long time and I'm super happy that I chose this hotel to do so. Moroccan people are the most welcoming people that I have ever met and they all made me feel at home. The housekeeping team was lovely and so was the reception, but I truly have to give a hands up to the bar team and to the animation team who made our stay as special as it could be. I wanna give a special thanks to Mohammed & Ismael from the bar as well as Reda and Ismael from the animation team for making me and my family feel like we were at home and even trying their very best to speak our native language. The food was also very good and was the reason why we originally chose this hotel. After an extensive work of exploring reviews, we noticed that this hotel was the all inclusive with best reviews about the food and I totally agree. I'm already scheduling my next trip to Marrakesh and needless to say is thay I will be staying in this hotel.
