During our stay we loved everything and every detail: beautiful , spacious suites; relaxed atmosphere and plenty of space throughout the hotel. Lot of tastefully decorated cosy corners, 3 outdoor swimming pools and it never felt crowded eventhough hotel was fully booked. The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask for. Food is really good in all 3 restaurants and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our Family massage at Spa , as well as private cinema experience . Hotel is located outside of the city , but only 25 mins ride away from the Medina / Hivernage areas . We liked being able to retreat to the tranquil area of the hotel after experiencing vibrant energy of Souk. The place is even more beautiful than on the pictures and we will definitely come back. Five stars!

Marrakesh is a wonderful, romantic exiting destination.

Marrakesh is a wonderful, romantic exiting destination. It offers everything for everyone, from 5 star to backpackers. I have visited Marrakech 4 times since 2006 and I always want to go back. Walking throughout the labyrinth of the Medina is indescribable and one of the amazing part of my visits. Negotiating while chatting with the medina souk sellers is also one of the best aspects as Moroccans are willing to talk to you about their culture, families and lives in general and are also very interested in learning about your life wherever you come from. The food is amazing, the decorative aspects of every corner are mind boggling, the history of the region is mind opening and the energy is so high and exiting. Definitely a great place to vacation.

Staying at Adi Hostel was unforgettable.

Staying at Adi Hostel was unforgettable. Hidden in the Medina’s maze, just steps from Jemaa el-Fna, it’s the perfect mix of authentic Marrakech and comfort. The riad-style design is stunning — colorful tiles, peaceful courtyards, and a rooftop with breathtaking views of the city and Atlas Mountains. Everything is spotless, the rooms are cozy, and the breakfast with mint tea is the best start to the day. But what makes it truly special is the staff — warm, welcoming, and always ready to guide you through Marrakech’s magic. For travelers who want both energy and calm, Adi Hostel is the place to be.

The highlights of Marrakech for me are the Sahara Desert, discovering ancient fossils, learning about argan oil, admiring beautiful carpets, and seeing firsthand the hard work women put in to contribute to society. I also highly recommend visiting the gardens and the palace. Highlight that taxi drivers are really good.

    Marrakech has a great vibe.

Marrakech has a great vibe. It was a lot easier to navigate our way around than we expected, and far less hassle from shopkeepers and restauranters than we expected. People were friendly and fun. We took a tour on day one, which helped - as we became familiar with major sights and this made it so much easier when we went exploring the next day by ourselves. Driving was fine - we've driven from Tarifa to Marrakech via Meknes and El Jadida. The traffic and drivers were not nearly as crazy as we had been led to believe - or maybe New Zealand drivers are of the same style!

Marrakech is an assault on your senses.

Marrakech is an assault on your senses. It's loud, chaotic, colourful and welcoming. Beware of the bikes that fly through the Medina. It's best to walk as close to the street sides as possible and be prepared to move fast. You will do more walking than you think, comfy shoes are a must. The food is delicious; we didn't get to sample the street food but every stall was crowded of an evening. We ate at Al Baraka restaurant on our first night; a chicken and olive tagine, a veggie tagine, cous cous, olives and bread. It was exceptional and not expensive. We had a desert excursion on our second day and again had a delicious tagine. Our third night dinner was at our Riad and excellent too. Our only bad experience was one night in the Market Square. My friend had a guy brush past her three times trying to find a pocket. We made eye contact with him and he scuttled away. The Souks are an experience not to miss. We didn't feel hassled and haggling was fun. Again, so many sights and sounds. What has to be remembered is that Marrakech is still being rebuilt after the devastating earthquake of '23. There are damaged buildings and rubble and a building site to the side of the Square, but what you feel is that you're walking in the footsteps of an ancient culture. Whose history and traditions we are lucky enough to enjoy today.

Nice hotel, 20/30 minutes drive to city. Good selection of food, drinks in All Inclusive limited. Spa lovely and modern but Indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi area needs updating, jacuzzi's not fully working. Unfortunately while we were there they started construction of a new large swimming pool. No pre warning of this so 4 out of 7 days there was JCB diggers working with noice and dust during the day. Only when you approached management they apologised but no letter to rooms to explain of work or apology.

The host gave better treatment than a 5 star hotel. He Helped With anything i needed done when i first got there he sent me Information about the local area such as where to eat and what shops there is around And even where to swap Currencys. He also Sorted out a 2nd apartment for another family that was travelling with me on the same day due to their planned booking being a fraud. The Apartment is Well Kept and has good AC. Overall I was Very Happy with my stay and the host was excellent

We felt comfortable and everything was pleasant. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located directly in the Riad. The room was very modern and very clean. We were very satisfied and it deserved more than 5 stars. We will definitely come back and will recommend the hotel to my friends again. Tip ! After 2 days Marrakech gets boring. That's why I recommend a day trip to the Ouzoud waterfalls. It's a 3 hour drive from Marrakech. I definitely recommend the trip.

Hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. Great Moroccan hospitality. Lobby staff help you to get a taxi and negotiate the price which is extremely useful in Marrakesh. The pool is really nice - could easily spend half a day there. Great value for money- among the cheapest options for 5 star hotel in the area. Amenities are great at this price. Breakfast has great selection.

When you first walk into the building it is grand and impressive but the rest of the hotel is a disappointment, certainly not a 5 star or 4 star even hotel. At breakfast some birds flew into the room and were eating from the buffet, staff didn’t do anything about this.
