The place was located almost in the middle of nowhere, about 50 minutes Ouarzazate, in an amazingly beautiful oasis surrounded by mountains. The staff were very welcoming, kind and made us delicious breakfast, they made our stay very enjoyable.

This is one of the places that “saved” our trip to Morocco. After a very intense day in the Medina of Marrakech where we struggled to “survive” the aggressiveness of the market sellers. we headed out and discovered this marvellous oasis, hand built in the middle of a beautiful Valley, with it’s own sustainable farming. The staff was exceptional. From the welcome, to a guided trekking around the property, from being flexible to cook a Vegan meal for my wife. I absolutely recommend that you stay here. it is an experience that you will cherish forever

Selecting Ksar Aylan place for our stay in Morocco was a decision we’ll forever be grateful for. The level of care and hospitality we experienced was beyond expectations. We felt @home in cosy Dar Farhana: The communal garden with several terraces and sitting areas at different levels (from ground floor to rooftop) is an Eden of peace and birdsong. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Meals are opulent and tasty. The lovely staff is helpful, friendly, multilingual and professional.

The owner is amazing....kind, friendly & helpful. Made me feel like family, not a guest. Local buses into the centre of Ouarzazate are cheap and go past the hostel (no.4) or at the end of the road (no.2 approx 10 minutes walk).
