Helpful staff. Kitchen was opened especially for us at 9pm for an evening meal - thank you. Swimming pool on roof. The hotel itself is very, very nice, newly appointed, well finished, lovely decor, lovely ensuite rooms, good food / breakfast, friendly staff. Parking available in front of the medina walls, near the access arch to the hotel. Not many tourists evident in the town. A walk by the river behind the medina was nice. There is a currency exchange nearby at Al Barid Bank.

The view and the property are amazing. But the most amazing part about our stay in this property was the staff: Younes, Anas and El Houssein are the cherry on the pie, the true plus of this property. It is a very calm and silent place. You can just hear silence and nature. The bed is really comfortable, and the pillows are fantastic. The room is wide, comfortable and cozy. The wifi (4G) works great, so I didn't even try the 5G. The restroom is comfortable and nice, with natural light. The cleanliness is great: not so easy to find a place so clean, especially in Morocco. There was a low sofa with a table, nice for relaxing and not sitting on the bed. Fatima, the owner is great: nice, friendly, easy to talk with. She speaks Arabic, French and English. And she cooks very well. If you get the chance, try her foot.

Very nice 400 years old riad in old city of Azemmour. Well maintained, beautifully designed. We were upgraded after arrived to suite and we enjoyed our one night stay very much. Riad has a nice view from upper terrace, view of the river and old city too. Lady in the reception was very kind and helpful, English speaking and we had so nice discussion with her about the history of the place and old city of Azemmour. Definitely recommend this place!

Тhe ROOM was surprisingly spacious, with large French windows, offering a great view of the Theatre Afifi area, a part of the beach and the vast ocean vista with the ebb and flow cycles - great view! The two separate beds were very comfortable. An especially nice feature of the room are the VERY massive and THICK CURTAINS a blessing for a better sleep! A great asset of this hotel is the rooftop cafe with great view of the beach and the Atlantic! The BREAKFAST at La Place is exceptionally good for this price bracket! It offers a great variety of local staples like msemen, cheese dips, mini tomatoes, Moroccan mint tea and fresh juice from the best oranges in the world, to more common items like porridge, eggs, various cakes, coffee etc.etc. The breakfast staff are among the nicest and most obliging people on the planet: always kind and smiling, no matter how late you turn up for breakfast, they serve you patiently and never rush you! Amazing people! The RESTAURANT at the hotel deserves a separate mention: not only does it deliver an excellent breakfast but it also serves meals for lunch and dinner and excellent ones! Although the restaurant offers a fixed menu, Chef Hicham and Chef Yusef are great cooks and very friendly. Chef Yusef prepared especially for us on request some Moroccan specialties like Maakouda patties, Loubia bean soup, harira and chorbet adas soup, various tagines and cous-cous! Great guy and a great master of cooking - one of the best in town! Soumia and the other girls at the reception were extremely polite and willing to oblige! All in all, the staff at La Place, El Jadida impressed us with exceptional standards of friendliness and hospitality!
