A very beautiful and clean hotel with a warm, down-to-earth atmosphere. The staff were truly lovely and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable – especially Bouchra and Lamia, who made everything perfect. The rooms are stylish and cozy, and overall, this hotel is an incredible value – honestly, it feels underpriced for the quality and service you get. I made the mistake of splitting my stay in Marrakech between two hotels, and the difference was night and day. Le Rubis Oriental is easily ten times better than the hotel I switched to – and both were at the same price point. I genuinely regret not staying here the whole time.

Beautiful restaurant terrace overlooking wonderful gardens and water feature. Very attentive and polite service. I must give a special mention to all the staff — from the doormen, concierge, and front desk to housekeeping, and the waiters and waitresses at the restaurants — who made my stay with my family a truly incredible experience. The facilities were immaculate, with beautiful pools, and the rooms were amazing. Park Hyatt has never disappointed me, but this was possibly my best experience yet.

Great location about 20min drive from the medina Beautiful pool, lovely fresh air and garden and calm escape from the busy medina .Nice spacious bedroom very comfortable bed and good sized clean bathroom .Nice roof top area to watch sunset .Lovely ambience in restaurant bar area great breakfast and food ,excellent cook and wonderful staff especially Sa’id and host/owners Nessa They could not do enough for you and make you feel more welcome and also very good fun .
