I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. We travelled as a group of 3 adults and 3 children and we couldn't have chosen a better place for our 4-day getaway. We were upgraded to the 4-bedroom villa and it was fantastic in every way. The kids had a lovely time in the huge pool, the kitchen was well stocked and the rooms are all ensuite and very spacious. The airport pickup is as promised and the driver was there on time. One of the best things about this facility is Marouane, the manager. He was very professional and responsive both before and during our stay, quickly attending to any issues we had. He even arranged a lovely birthday cake for our kids' celebration. Thanks Marouane for making our stay memorable in every way - we'll definitely be returning to Villa Fleurs in the near future!
