The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Mohamed took the time to show us what we could explore around the city and even arranged a guide for us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Best of all, when we accidentally left behind a souvenir, they went out of their way to help us get it back by giving it to someone they knew who was traveling in our direction. Spacious and felt pretty luxurious. Amenities and food were open till late hours. The location felt safe and plenty of hammams and souk around. Breakfast was the best! Plenty of variety served up to the room ( if you sleep in) that was very accommodating. Staffs were kind and respectful.

Staying at Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace was one of the highlights of my trip to fez. The riad itself is stunning , a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly. Mostapha was equally wonderful --always attentive , and ready to help with anything i needed ,from directions to recommandations. Thanks to them, my time in fez felt effortless and memorable. Great hotel, we use this hotel every summer and great service as always with great helpful staff. Located in a large property in the new city within a 15 min drive to all the major sights. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a small sit out on the balcony attached. The staff was very helpful and personally guided us to the 3 restaurants and the different cuisines offered..The hotel also has five star facilities including a few shops selling artefacts.
