We had a long journey from the UK to Morocco. We were so tired until we finally collected our luggages. We were a group of 13 and we stayed in Morocco for our first family trip for 6 days. Omar was our driver for the first half of our holiday. We organised a pick up from the airport to the villa but it was thanks to Loubna, the host, who helped us from this point until the end of our holiday. She was simply fantastic! She was so kind, friendly and helpful! She met us at the Villa and explained everything and made our stay comfortable. She was just a call away and we can't thank her enough for her support. Omar, the driver was just amazing. He worked hard to take us to popular spots to see and eat! Nasir was our second driver. He was so funny and a super cool guy. The cleaners and chefs at the villa did a perfect job feeding us and keeping us clean and safe. The villa was just out of this world! It was like a dream! It was just beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom, lounge area, pool, spa and gym were just perfect. We want to go again and we can't wait! Thank you!

The property was luxurious, extremely spacious and clean. Very modern. Every staff members including the cleaners and security were very warm, friendly and welcoming. The reception staff were amazing, they ensured, no male staff walked around the back of the villa where the private pool is, we were a uncomfortable due to the slight lack of privacy.

The staff were amazing and made us feel welcomed. The fact that I didn't have to worry about what to eat in a foreign land was an absolute bliss, and it was all delicious. The rooms were clean (every part of it), whoever brought the Idea of having sheets on the sofa in the rooms is a genius. I would stay here again if I go back to this area. The price paid for this all inclusive hotel and spa is worth it in my books.

Everything was perfect. 5 km out from marrakech. Everything is green, calm, and relaxing, the staff members make us feel like it was our house. They took care of us with Everything we needed; always with the smile and happy, food was excellent and the house pets are 2 peacocks and a white friendly chicken. Very recommend, for sure we will come back in this beautiful place.

I would truly recommend this resort as this has many facilities for adults and children. The staff were absolutely wonderful especially Samah, Oumaima, Mounir, the house keeping staff iymaan was lovely. All the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. Shuttle bus goes free to the city centre. One top hotel.

the hotel was very clean and nice the staff was very good especially samah who is really lovely and made our stay easier and oumaima who give us complimentary late check out and also to mounir who gave us a free upgrade on the room.

Beautiful hotel with big pool and very pretty gardens. The villa was a good size and very clean. Dinner was very nice and breakfast was really good. We had to leave early and they gave us a tray the night before.
