The accommodation is located a few minutes from the city center, in the part where the locals live, the environment corresponds to that, but we felt safe there. The owner was nice and helpful, the breakfast was great. A short distance from the accommodation is a busy center, where you can easily choose authentic food from many restaurants. Parking in front of the house without problems. A more demanding guest would perhaps welcome if the paint in the rooms was not peeling, but we used this place on the way from the desert to Fes like many others and as such it met our expectations.

I had no expectations from this hotel, as I only needed a place to sleep when I was travelling between Merzouga and Fes. It is definitely in European standards, very clean and comfy. The street has plenty of parking spaces and restaurants. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is great.

The apartment is very big and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped, prepare ingredients for cooking if miss your own cooked food! Bathroom got high water pressure. Living room is big, with big screen tv. The 2 bedroom are very comfortable n very clean.
