Outstanding! Cyprès is a beautiful hidden gem I was lucky to find. Lush gardens to stroll in filled with roses, palm trees, delicious and generous breakfast and exquisite meals. Waking up to the sound of birds in true confort. Loved the inner decor of the Kasbah too, many lounges to chill in, lamps, colourful cushions, scented candles, beautiful Art coffee table books, a cozy fire place at night during dinner...so many little details put together. Wonderful stay but most of all the service. Very kind and attentive staff. Just magical. I felt at home at Cyprès and can't wait to return again to this hidden paradise. Unforgettable place.

Beautiful hotel with I credibly friendly and attentive staff. Delightful breakfast and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! Iness and samira were brilliant. A true credit to the hotel. When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.

When I go to Ouarzazate I always stay at Riad Amlal, the staff is amazing, the location is perfect as it's close to the main square and to the bus station. The hotel is beautiful, new and you can see that they take good care of it as it's super clean too. Breakfast delicious

We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service! The receptionist let me stay in the room after the check out time while I was waiting to catch a late afternoon bus to another city. They really didn't have to but they still let me rest and this was really nice of them ! Overall it's a good place ! Thanks!
