The Bauska castle is fantastic!
The Bauska castle is fantastic! The restoration and collection of artifacts is amazing. Information is available in multiple languages for most of the displays.
It is also near the palace at Rundale which is another restored gem.

The castle is very interesting to visit.
The castle is very interesting to visit. It has been restorated, but nicely. Good collection of old things and there are the old fashion costumes. Unfortunately the city is crowded with cars driving from Letland to Lithuania , because the route goes through Bauska. To visit Rindales palace just take the bus ( once an hour for 1 euro), it is 15 minutes driving. Please be careful when checking the times yo travel back. Not all departure times are applicable to all days

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. Will definitely come back and highly recommend for everyone.

Hotel is next to Bauska bus station. Hotel front desk very friendly. Allowed us to eat our food in the dining hall.
We had triple sharing room...two rooms in one. One room had a single bed and the other two single beds.

Very relaxing place. Ideal for a couple. Pirts inside the house very clean and nice (not electric, connected to the wood stove). Hot tube very good, too. 10 minutes by car to Bauska.

Great location with parking in center of Bauska, just what we needed for a night on the long way to Tallinn. Slept well and comfortable.
