Fantastic Ski Experience at Afriski Our skiing experience at Afriski was absolutely fantastic. The resort offers a great mix of slopes for all skill levels, from beginners to more advanced skiers. The snow conditions were excellent during our visit, with well-maintained slopes that made every run enjoyable. The proximity of our accommodation at AfriAdventure Backpackers to the slopes (just 200 meters from the bottom) made it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes early each day. The atmosphere at Afriski was lively and welcoming, with plenty of opportunities to relax and socialize after a day on the slopes. The ski rental process was smooth and efficient, and the instructors were knowledgeable and patient, making it a great spot for both seasoned skiers and those new to the sport. The views from the slopes were breathtaking, offering a unique skiing experience in Southern Africa. One of the highlights was the après-ski vibe at the resort, with cozy spots to enjoy a hot drink or a meal while soaking in the mountain views. The only minor downside was that the resort can get busy, especially on weekends, so it's a good idea to plan ahead and book rentals or lessons early. Overall, Afriski delivered an unforgettable skiing experience with great facilities, stunning scenery, and a welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy winter sports in Africa.
