The wonderful Manager texted me in advance of my arrival time to confirm I was coming, he arranged a Tuktuk to meet me at Badulla Train Station, and greeted me upon my belated arrival ~ prepared a sumptuous breakfast, including early on my departure date, arranged a Tuktuk to take me to the Station ~ I loved the Property and elevated location overlooking lush Badulla.and the surrounding hills...

So far it was the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. We were lucky to be the first guests of this wonderful place. Room is clean, everything is new and it feels very cozy. We had a very good experience during our one-night stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service, accommodating all our needs, especially with food. All the staff members were helpful and attentive. There is also a bakery next to the hotel that sells delicious cakes — definitely worth a visit! It wad one of the most magical places we stayed in Sri Lanka. The views of the mountain is just spectacular. The house is spacious, well decorated and equipped. The family owning the house is super sweet and made us feel right at home!

The view of the hills from the bar and restaurant is breathtaking. The decoration of the room is very arty and even unique. Would recommend this place as a retreat for resting too. It has a nice little pool. Staff is helpful and organizes tuktuks for you at the best price.

This was probably the best accommodation we had in Sri Lanka. The owner was very kind. We rented a tuktuk going to Ella. He drove our tuktuk going to his place, bought us dinner from the city, and cooked us a very sumptuous breakfast. The place was amazing. Although it had no a/c, we were still able to sleep well at night. Apparently, there were not much bugs during our stay there. The place is just beside the famous Asanka Cafe.

Amazing breakfast, freshly prepared and great service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, about a 3/4 minute walk to the centre of Ella, but just far enough away that you escape the noise of the bars in the centre. Onsite laundry is excellent for those travelling for a bit longer and needing clothes washed. Lovely fresh juice on arrival, and even provided snacks when we checked out for our onward journey.
