I highly recommend staying here if you have an early flight of late arrival in Colombo airport. My flight hours changed so I booked the room very last minute late at night. The owner was super friendly en helpful, he helped me out when I had problems with my creditcard to pay for my taxi. He provided free transport to the airport early in the morning. Room and bathroom were very clean. There's coffee and tea and free water.

The property and gardens were amazing, well kept, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were so polite and couldn’t do enough for us, even made an amazing breakfast in the morning. Even had a Xmas tree with all the trimmings in the garden area 😊❤️

Everything about this property was amazing and well above my expectations. The service was nothing short of incredibly friendly and attentive. In particular, assistance with my luggage and thoughtfulness with regards to flexibility and late check out options was so appreciated. Brand new property run by a lovely couple who were there to help with anything you needed. They spoke fluent Italian after living there for 20 years. The hotel was designed to a thoughtful high standard. Spacious rooms most with balcony access and large sitting areas in the rooms proximity makes it perfect for families or friends wanting a place to relax. The roof terrace and hotel is tastefully filled with amp plants and lots of areas with the cooler air from the lagoon. A small but welcome swimming pool with seating area and higher room terrace gives you amazing views of the lagoon. There is a bar for your convenience as well. We were the first guests - Absolutely fantastic!
