The super friendly staff, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable (eg when my daughter hurt herself they produced a toy elephant for her to keep, or making different dishes of food because had never tried them). Added to this the very relaxed vibe of the place made it the perfect place to end our holiday.

My stay at Bolagala resort was absolutely amazing! The hospitality was top notch, and the staff's constant warm smiles made us feel right at home. Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and excellent food in a quiet street away from the noise of Negombo. The room was big and very clean and the service was excellent. The pool was really nice too and the airport pick up is a plus. Great value for money

This Hotel is the best place you can stay when you arrive at night in Sri Lanka. The instructions where to wait for the free airport pickup were very easy to follow and I was picked up 5 minutes after I got there. At the hostel I got free water, other drinks (juice/beer) and bananas and in the morning a wonderful breakfast containing fruit, toast with butter/jam, omelette and tea. He also gave me a SIM card for free and installed it for me on my phone, which was wonderful and way cheaper than the airport. The whole staff is very nice and they help you with whatever you need! Before I arrived he helped me with figuring out how to get to my next destination and when I arrived, he connected me with another girl at the hostel who wanted to go in a similar direction so we could share a taxi. The taxi he organised as well. The room was very clean and it had everything you could need, AC included. I can highly recommend this hotel if you want a carefree arrival/departure and a good start into you holiday!
