The perfect place with the most wonderful people. The food is delicious and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had an arranged airport pick up in the middle of the night. And also the driver was fantastic.

Facilities are clean, neat and extremely pristine. Location is very relaxing and the view from the garden is simply superb. The owners are a very sweet family; all of then made our stay simply perfect. They were over every single detail to make our time there the best investment we could have made during our trip. Our recommendations for other travelers is just “make yourself a gift and spend time in this place”. Hiru Lagoon it’s just a piece of heaven on earth.

Beautiful boutique hotel close to the airport (but you’d never know). They had a fairly extensive menu considering this is not a big property and it was delicious. The staff were exceptional and we loved our stay of three nights here. They had complimentary afternoon tea and drinks every afternoon which was a fabulous touch, which you took on the veranda. The kids played croquet on the lawn while we’d have a G&T and then return for a board game with us. Couldn’t have been more perfect.

Perfect for a short stay before / after a flight. Nalin offered to pick me up from the airport and organised onward transport to Sigiriya for me. He also went out to get dinner for me since I arrived late at night. The room was new, clean and very comfortable.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made my stay special. I'm honored to be the very first customer in this amazing room.
